Firstly, We met on Shaadi.com. I communicated with her mother, and she gave me her's contact number, for further communication with her. We did chatting few days gradually started knowing each others preferences, thinking and future plans. Once we were quiet sure that we can be a good match and have enough compatibility, then, we decided to schedule a meet in Delhi. I was working in Mumbai, and it was not an easy task for me to travel all the way to Delhi just for a meet, But I decided to take my chances ;) Then, we met two times, there, and when, we become confident about our decision for moving further in life with each other, we involved our parents. Few mismatches occurs initially in the family thinkings and cultures, but somehow, we overcame them, and finally got engaged.
