I follow sadhguru, read stuff about spirituality, i am passionate about gaining knowledge and learning and experience new and beyond. Increasing sensitivity towards every life form and much more. Practicing to balance ida and pingala (female and male halves in a human body) i believe a better human is always who balance both the male and female nature within them, unless we have the female half within us we can't be sensitive towards them and the sensitivity will lead us to support them better.
